About Us
We are two women - Janet Ahlberg and Morven Smith - who moved to Uppsala in 2003 with our Swedish husbands and young children.
In 2004, we set up an English-speaking playgroup for young families as a way of meeting people in the same situation and to help our kids settle and meet other English-speaking children. The playgroup ran successfully for two years while we studied Swedish. We then began to organise family and social events in English for the English-speaking and bi-lingual community in Uppsala.
In 2007 we started up our company Everything in English and expanded our range of services to include English-Language and Consulting services for the business community. We no longer run our own social events but are happy to promote and advertise English-speaking events on behalf of others.
