We provide consultancy to HR and Training departments to assist them in adding real value to the business. Requests for training are often received from the business that are not supported by a thorough analysis of the underlying performance problem that prompted the training request.
Working with the business and HR/Training, we follow a systematic step-by-step process to uncover the underlying causes of a performance problem and identify the financial cost of the performance 'gap', thus providing a solid business justification for any intervention. We then go on to specify workable solutions (which may or may not include training), set goals and develop a plan for action.
